Get in touch

Write to hello@knowthemwell.com. Say what you were doing and what happened, and a screenshot helps.

Signing in

Type your email and you'll get a sign‑in code by email; type it into the app. If you set a password instead, tap I have a password on the sign‑in screen.

Bringing in your contacts

In the app, choose Bring in all contacts or Choose contacts. The iPhone asks once whether the app may read your contacts. If you said no and want to change it, open the iPhone's Settings, then Know Them Well, then Contacts.

Reminders

The morning note lists birthdays, dates coming up and follow-ups you've set. If it doesn't arrive, open the iPhone's Settings, then Know Them Well, then Notifications, and turn on Allow Notifications. Suggestions, like the Sunday look at your week, have their own switch in the app, in You, under General.

The assistant

The assistant is optional. It only reads your map after you say it may, and you can turn it off any time in the app, in You, under Membership, with Turn the assistant off.

Who can see what I write

What you write about people is shown only to you. The privacy page says exactly what is collected, who handles it and how long it is kept.

Deleting your account

In the app, in You, under Membership, tap Delete my account. Everything is deleted 45 days after you ask. Signing in again before then keeps your account.
